CPA Rupert is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda(ICPAU) and holds a master in Finance and Accounting. He has had the exposure and opportunity to graduate in some of the prestigious schools in Public Finance Management in Africa. CPA Rupert is currently pursuing a PhD in Accounting at Makerere University.
As an experienced professional Accountant with a spanning uninterrupted career of two decades, he has been involved in implementing business processes, Inventory management and Valuation, internal controls for both government and private public entities among other main functions of the industry including Financial Analysis, Taxation planning, public procurement , and public financial management.
Throughout his professional career, he has developed extensive business analytical skills and competencies in business monitoring and evaluation. He is affable listener , a problem solver and this has helped to develop a motivated work environment at SKA.
